Bartenders and Barbacks
Our Bartenders and Servers complete yearly TABC Certification and FoodServ Certification to ensure you receive top notch service. Pricing starts at $55.00/hour per bartender plus gratuity up to $65.00 per hour plus gratuity.
Our services have a 4 hour minimum.
*Please note, there is a starting travel fee of $100.00 for any location from our office. If farther than 50 miles, mileage is $100.00 plus $.50 per mile. If farther than 175 miles, please contact us.*
**Please note, all bartending packages are for bartenders and bar-back’s only. The state of Texas prohibits mobile Bartending companies the sale of alcohol in any form. **
DJs
Our services have a 4 hour minimum (only applies to bartending and DJ services).
Our basic DJ and sound system starts at $700.00. Included with this package: DJ for 4 Hours, Sound System rental for 4 hours, dance lighting to enhance the dancing atmosphere, wireless microphones for all to use during the reception, and assist with timeline creation to ensure all events of the night stay as scheduled.
Additional hours past the 4 hour minimum is $100.00/hour.
Sound System Rentals
Don’t have a need for a wedding DJ? No problem! You can rent any of our sound systems for any occasion, includes 1 wired microphone, stands, cables, audio mixer, and audio cable hook ups. More microphones can be requested for $10 per microphone.*Laptop and other devices to play music are not included.*
Pricing for sound system rental is $300.00, a refundable $300.00 damage deposit is required for all rentals. Setup fee of $50 is applied to all rentals.
**Please note, any location farther than 50 miles from our office will have a $100 travel fee added. Anything farther than 50 miles, please contact us for pricing.**
Bundled Package
Looking for an all in one package? Look no further! We have customized this package to be your one stop shop. This package includes the following: DJ - 5 Hours, DJ For Ceremony with sound system, 2 Bartenders - 5 hours up to 150 guest, Day of Coordinator - 12 hours, Decoration - 4 hours before ceremony/reception. Package is priced at $2,750.00 plus gratuity for 2 bartenders.
(Add-on’s for this package include: Uplighting up to 20 light fixtures $350.00, event staffing minimum 2 hours and minimum 2 staff members $35.00 per staff member per hour plus gratuity, bar-back (required for 150 to 200 guest) $45.00 per hour plus gratuity. Packing and Cleanup crew $500.00)
Wedding Planning and Coordination
Our Day of Coordination team will take care of everything the day of your special event! Our Day of Coordinator will take care of the following:
Meets 2-4 weeks before the wedding to discuss details to ensure your day is as envisioned.
Communicate with vendors to confirm logistics and review contracts.
Create a comprehensive timeline.
Complete a final checkup on the venues for the ceremony and reception.
Address any overlooked details.
Manage the rehearsal if needed.
Oversee all aspects of the wedding day ceremony. Also includes handling final payments and gratuity for vendors you select.
Day of Coordinations is $1200.00 for 10 hours.

Event Staffing
Did you know we have more than bartender and barbacks? We have personnel for just about every task! Everything from servers, to parking lot attendants! Please contact for pricing, you can can bundle our staff with other services we offer! Our Event Staffing team can take care of all the labor requirements at your event. Duties can include but not limited to: Servers, Bussers, Parking lot attendants, Clean up crews, and much more!
Pricing starts at $40.00/hour per worker plus gratuity to $65.00 per hour plus gratuity. Pricing varies on amount of guest and duties needed for event staffing.
Uplighting
We offer uplighting for all types of events! When you book our uplighting packages, you get 20 uplights and can create any color to match your event. This package is $400.00. Please contact us to make sure your event date is available for uplighting.
Portable Bar Rental
Our Mobile Bar is available for rental for any type of event! Included with the bar rental is a custom drink menu catered to your event! Pricing for bar rental is $400.00. Includes travel fee for up to 50 miles. Anything farther than 50 miles is an additional $100.00
Packing and Cleanup
The big day is finally over, now what?! You have to pack up everything and clean the venue per venue rules, that’s where we come in! We will pack up decoration’s, sweep and if needed mop floors, pack up tables and chairs, take out trash, and clean kitchen and bathrooms, and do a final walk through of venue inside and outside to ensure you get your deposit back! This service is $500.00
Ceremony Sound System
Sound system for your ceremony includes: prelude music 15 minutes before ceremony start time, wireless microphone, and plays all music for ceremony. This service is $150 unless bundled with another service. If bundled , pricing is $100.00
